Our business model is compact and efficient, usually beginning with a short assessment of the project and an estimate stating the scope and cost of the work, which provides for a flexible framework going forward. We will then source any extra materials required in the workshop and begin construction from technical drawings. Projects can be dynamic and often change as the work evolves. We provide a personable service throughout, often liaising with the customer as required. As items are produced they undergo quality control procedures before being finished appropriately. Once the items are ready for dispatch we contact the customer and arrange for a convenient installation date before traveling out and fitting the finished product. After a final evaluation and consultation with the customer the work is signed off and invoiced for the final amount. Ongoing consultation and maintenance services are always on offer to customers of ours as we continue to strengthen our business relationships and grow in stature and size through our integrity and commitment to excellence.
